Mates,

22 days off and a comeback win v. a quality opponent.  Love it.

Go Blue!

Big time gritty, they showed so much fortitude to overcome the layoff, the refs, on the road against a ranked team looking for revenge

Impressive, impressive win. This team can win it all!

Can't wait to see how they play once they get their groove back, just ask Stella!

Edit: we outscored them 40-20 in the 2nd half,  wow!

suggest two things.  one, get outside no matter the weather.  walk, run, ride, get a snow machine and ride it, chop wood, chase the neighbor's dog, whatever, but get outside.

second, i think folks say these are helpful.   regardless, i hope your SAD gets whipped as bad as what we just did to wisconsin in the second half.  take care.

I'm going to second what Xtramelanin said about getting outside. I've made a serious effort to do that over the last ten years or so, and it's helped immensely. It's also helped me get in better shape. Going early in the morning seems to be most effective, although I have to admit that I find that difficult.

Having said, lots of areas don't get that much sunshine in the winter. So I supplement with light therapy (i.e., a SAD light). It's helpful, but not as good as getting outside on a sunny day like it is here.

Finally, vitamin D supplementation is worthwhile. Most people get most vitamins from their diet, but vitamin D seems to be an exception. I also personally have some dietary issues which cause vitamin and mineral deficiencies. I would be careful not to go over the maximum upper tolerable limit (4000 IU, I *think*), though, as it is possible to overdose on fat-soluble vitamins (e.g., vitamins A, D and E).

13-2 run to end the game. Won the second half by 20. 23-8 run after falling down by 7 with 10 minutes left. What a coach and what a team!

What a great post-Covid comeback - in multiple ways!

Unreal defense in 2nd Half.  Wisconsin had no idea where to go and what to do.  28 seconds of scrambling and prayer shots.

Gutsy and great team win!  Go Blue!!!

this was us after davison decked smith and instead of a technical for him, our bench got called for one.  outrageous.

Defense for the win.  Holy cow, what an effort.  Dickinson was huge that second half.  Offense is still getting used to game speed, but the defense seems to have rounded back into form.
