....between threatening to use the IRS to audit members of the Arizona State University hierarchy (which would get a run-of-the-mill IRS agent fired), promoting a tax cheat to the head of the Fed (even making an error on your tax form subjects you to getting fired at the IRS), planning a government-run company for General Motors, his perception that government is run by "him" and subject to "his" desires and decisions, and this too. Real classy. Real humble to be where he is.

I actually think it's a good point. This may be a football blog or even a Michigan sports blog, but he made a comment about a guy who said something about football in the topic. It's not like he brought him up randomly. I wonder what the response would've been like if he'd have made a pro-Obama comment. Maybe the same, but maybe not.

What about vindicating Bush and Cheney's terrorism policies? For how long did Obama talk about rescinding them only to now completely do a 180? Point is that Obama sold the left a lot of rhetoric knowing full well he would keep Bush's policies intact. Why? Bush briefed him and Hillary during the campaign. Obama and his people knew full well they weren't going to do anything. But, he also knew he had to tell his supporters what they wanted to hear in order to get elected. So he did. Obama, a true politician. When his mouth moves, you know he's lying. And don't forget that the Democrats won't vote to allocate money to close down Gitmo.

I like it when people are not afraid to think for themselves and voice their opinions. Your comments are not off topic, nor are they inappropriate. Coming from a diehard Michigan fan, it was classless for Obama to take a stab at the Irish. It was also arrogant for him to imply that he could play a role in revitalizing their team.
