Now that is a T-shirt idea -
"the Shoelace bat signal" courtesy of Brian. You know, Commishioner RR (wizard hat, snakeskin oil in hand so we can clearly identify him in less than 2 colors), standing on top of Schembachler Hall with the spotlight pointed skyward with untied shoes inside the circle. Anyone with photoshop skillz, set it up!

I'm at work right now, but I would love to take a crack at it. It will have to wait until 6:00 tonight.

Do we really want to be using a nickname ND announcers tabbed for "shoelace", especially since he already has a nickname ?

Shoelace is a well-accepted nickname at this stage (viz the beautiful mgoblog t-shirt). Also, it's cool if your enemies give you a name, then you embrace it; it's like eating their hearts, or something.
I also like it because it sounds so old school; 50 years from now, some kids will be hearing stories about Shoelace on their pappies' knees.

referring to the fact that the announcers on NBC called Denard "batman" at one point. I heard this happened, but I didn't hear it myself on TV, so I'm not positive.

I think we should have a shirt that says "You've officially been 'Nard Dogged"

The first two images in the comic could easily be transformed into plausible t-shirt designs if anybody wants that. I've got some work to do right now but I'll come back to it.

photographic evidence, I'm pretty sure that you don't wear a t-shirt.
You still rule, dude.
