Well, if you're on the defensive side of the ball, you will get good coaching. I can't imagine what Phil Parker thinks about the other side of the ball.

I agree, but those guys have to be so frustrated. Like sure I get good coaching, but in thr 4th quarter when I'm on snap 80...give me a fucking break.
I'd rather play somewhere else. You can't expect that D to be that D for 4 quarters when you have this offense.

Some kids have no place to go and playing D1 ball somewhere is the final aim. Others like Charlie Jones at Purdue got to Iowa and realized that they could play and moved on. This year should really wreck their offensive recruitment - but CFB is weird.
