Some big noon games today, including MSU @ Iowa, Nebraska @ PSU and OSU @ Purdue, among others

I'm not calling a Purdue victory by any means (they're more than capable of blowing this halftime lead) but if we don't beat this goddamn shitty OSU team, then holy shit.

(Insightful, I know)

It would be a classic sparty moment if they lose to Indiana.  Hey you never know, and yes I agree with Ken when MSU plays teams their opponents are dropping passes and fumbling, throwing INTs shooting themselves in the foot with penalties etc.

since ND.  Getting OSU before all the players returned was just the start.  Goulston (sp? but who cares) should have been suspended for THE YEAR after the UM game.  If Dantonio had any stones (he doesn't), he would have thrown the asshole off the team.

Gholston should have been suspended for 2 games IMO.  One for the punch, one for the helmet twist.  He was suspended for 1 because that is what Big Ten has done in the past.  Saying he should have been gone for the year was an overreaction many fans fell in to.  Either way, it's done now, it's been a while sense that happened, let's get over it and quit sounding like sour grapes.

How does MSU look unimpressive every week  and still lead the Big Ten?  Aside from the Big Ten sucking this year, I mean.

Also, how is it that the refs are managing to have an eagle eye for Iowa's misdeed this week? Where was that last week?

don't worry though usually the good guys like Brady Hoke get the last laugh at douchy guys like Dantonio.  OSU down 17-7 and the BTN studio guys just said it might be enough to melt down bucknuts lol

Dr. Rodney Erickson (finally) makes a public apology (more or less). Looked authentic.

Well, no time better than the present. It felt a bit too much like PSU trying to redefine/rebuild their brand though.

I need some help here
I'm in an argument with some friends of mine. I live in PA and of course the people here are delusional saying PSU has better academics than Michigan (LOL) and does more for there community, basically calling UofM trash. Can you guys tell me what Michigan's strongest spots in academics are and what the university does for its community. Please and thank you

Other than Michigan's undergrad school, law, medicine, engineering grad, business and just about every other program, PSU is better academically.

Look at world rankings that include grad programs - Michigan is elite, PSU, not so much.

Ann Arbor vs State College, located in the middle of nowhere, with not very much in the way of anything except a dairy bar that sells good ice cream.

I wouldn't be bragging about anything right now. They've just gotten the biggest STFU black eye for the next 20 years.

engineering, the medical school...... I don't live close to UM so I'm not really sure what they're doing for the community.  The only university that can claim they have better academics in the BT is Northwestern.
