Unless we come back the only thing keeping this team from a championship is the failure to find a bus to take the team to Champaign on that snowy day.

I think you beat this team by letting Clark get her points and shutting everyone else down.  We also have them in some foul trouble so we can try to draw contact.

Also I'm not good enough at watching basketball to know for sure but I think Iowa switched where the double is coming from.  Our second and third possessions of the game were posts for Naz, she got doubled, skipped passed for open Phelia threes.  Last couple doubles she didn't seem to have somewhere to go and turned it over.

The first thing any great coach would do with Clark is make her play defense.  Figure out who she is on and go after her.  You can't dump it into Naz immediately every possession.  Move the ball and make her run around and get screened.  Hope to wear her down a bit.

About to lose the Big Ten Championship because we couldn’t play the worst team in the conference. Sucks.

We weren't dealt an easy deck of cards by the schedule makers.  Of the top five teams (four plus us) we played them all twice except for Indiana who we played only once.  Of the bottom six we played the all only once except we played Wisconsin twice and last place Illinois we didn't play at all.

Same can be said for the men's team.

A "what-might've-been" season for the Michigan women . . .

Two women who probably were expected to make significant contributions to the Michigan women's basketball team missed a substantial portion of the season. There wasn't enough talent and depth to make up for their extended absences.

During this regular season, Leigha Brown played 19 games and Amy Dilk played 15 games.

Brown was out for a critical time late in the season when the Wolverines lost two games that might've been wins had she been available. She's still recovering from her leg injury, even though she tried to play through the pain today.

Dilk, who played in only 19 games last year due to injury after averaging 11.6 points per game in her sophomore season, was hurt in the first game this season, missed about two months and was able to play more than 20 minutes in only three of the 15 games when she was available and she has averaged under three points a game while shooting under 30% from the field.

In the pre-season AP Poll, they were ranked 11th as the fourth-highest-ranked Big Ten team behind Maryland (4), Indiana (8) and Iowa (9). They rose to as high as fourth in the AP Poll, but there's a chance that after today's devastating loss at Iowa, they could drop out of the top ten when the next poll is released tomorrow.

It has been an excellent season for the Michigan women and there's still the Big Ten Tournament and the NCAA Tournament.
