National Championship Trophy Tour
If you live in/near Ann Arbor, The Trophy is making a tour of various grocery stores for photo ops.
Here's what I've found so far, *please* feel encouraged to add more.
01/10/2024 -- 4PM-7PM - Ann Arbor/Saline Meijer
01/11/2024 -- 11AM-2PM (?) - Ypsilanti (Carpenter) Meijer
01/11/2024 -- 4PM-7PM - Canton (Michigan Avenue) Walmart

No Kroger love?

You do know what state Kroger is headquartered in - don't you? It's not Columbus - it's Cincy - and, that is in Ohio.
And - the Meijer's - probably reflects their support of the conference.
Go Blue!

I'd actually like to see it show up in some of the bars around Ann Arbor. That would be fun.

I don't trust people not to be idiots in the bars around Ann Arbor.
That trophy is too good for Ricks or Skeeps.

Meijer is also one of the main sponsors of Michigan athletics

Is it just the CFP trophy, or does it include the other three National Title trophies? AP, Coaches aka BCS Crystal Ball, and MacArthur Bowl (College Football Hall of Fame)
January 10th, 2024 at 4:45 PM ^
There other trophies for this championship?
January 10th, 2024 at 4:49 PM ^
Wait we get a BCS trophy too?
January 10th, 2024 at 4:51 PM ^
We get the AFCA Coaches Trophy, which is the trophy the BCS used.

Icing on the cake, the crystal football bcs trophy
January 10th, 2024 at 5:56 PM ^
Which is much cooler than the CFP trophy. I miss seeing it at the presentations.

Didn’t know that it still existed. I thought that they retired it. Glad we are getting the crystal football. That’s coolest and most iconic one to me and the one that we missed out on in 1997.
Hopefully we won’t drop it like Bama did several years ago. It was funny at the time but I think that it was expensive or difficult to get a replacement.

Busch’s on Green Road?

How did you find this info? I have an uncle who would love to go to an event like this so I'd like to see if there will be one near him, but Google is coming up empty trying to find a schedule of the trophy tour

Honestly, straight from the FB pages of these various locations.
As well as the gossip ("discussion") pages for Saline and Ypsilanti.

Glue that fucking trophy, and the last 3 B1G title game trophies, to the top of a maize and blue sprinter van and just drive all around Columbus OH blaring “the Victors” and “we are the champions” by Queen on repeat until August
January 10th, 2024 at 5:05 PM ^
How about including somewhere down here in Georgia please.
January 10th, 2024 at 5:54 PM ^
Yeah, bring it to Northern Vermont!
January 10th, 2024 at 5:07 PM ^
Hey can we bring it through Minnesota for us Wolverines out here too?
January 10th, 2024 at 5:28 PM ^
On the 25th I am involved in a real estate industry event at the Big House. Access to the field, locker room tours, etc. Hoping the trophy is there.
January 10th, 2024 at 5:42 PM ^
Now that it’s ours, can we all admit what it looks like?
January 10th, 2024 at 5:55 PM ^
The Walmart stop should go over well online
January 10th, 2024 at 7:28 PM ^
Yep, I’m sure plenty of RCMB trolls will be there to have a glance…mostly because they work there. Someone needs to alert the rest of Staee supporters.
January 10th, 2024 at 6:16 PM ^
Was near the front of the line in AA. They (Dr. Pepper, etc. ) cancelled on Meijer after more than an hour wait. Felt bad for the Meijer staff…

I got to see the trophy, it was awesome. This is the picture I sent to my Michigan hating friends.
January 10th, 2024 at 7:30 PM ^
No offense but I’m kind of getting Conor Stalions without his incognito get-up vibes from the pose in this pic. Are you sure you‘re not the Hamburgler trying to abscond with the trophy?
January 10th, 2024 at 6:50 PM ^
Went to Ann Arbor/Saline Meijer around 6 and did not find a trophy. Also cannot find any information anywhere to verify any of this. Boooooo
