Mo Wagner NBA Mix Tape
Someone on Reddit posted this nearly 5 minute mixtape of some of Mo's work in the NBA. Was actually a really fun watch.

Hey mods I'm not sure why that media player showed up so big. Could someone make it smaller?
Thanks

Not smaller but...start the video then click on arrows in lower right corner. Great full screen, no diaries. Click again when you have seen enough.

Every and any Mo Wagner highlight video should be required to have Du Hast by Rammstein playing at max volume.

Great fun. Thanks for posting.

I'm pretty sure this is just his work so far this season! He's been good.

That was fun.
But the second play was a travel, right?
February 6th, 2023 at 7:09 PM ^
most of them were travels…
February 6th, 2023 at 8:00 PM ^
Um, there is no such thing as a travel in the NBA. It's the "Euro-step".
February 6th, 2023 at 9:00 PM ^
The Euro steps I can forgive, but I meant the plant-foot step as he tried to impede the defender running across his back-side.

When I clicked into this link I was expecting a 15-minute loop of that ankle breaker crossover that Mo put on Nix.

That spin move looks like 1.5x real time - shockingly quick and effective

Hopefully someone shows this to Mo so he can realize that he only spins to the left in the lane
Also Mo is looking trim

Well, there was that ONE time he went right back in high school.

2 observations from the tape. Mo hates Zubac and Harrell is probably the worst defender in the NBA

Mo is my all time favorite Michigan player in any sport
hope he has a great NBA career, haven't seen much of him

I'm surprised at how much his quickness and agility have improved. I checked Orlando's website and he's averaged is averaging 16.6 points and 58.1% over the last 5 games.
Since Dec 7 the Magic’s bench has the league’s second-best offensive rating, trailing the L.A. Clippers by one-tenth of a point. Moe seems to have been a big part of that.

Didn't see your comment before posting, but you mirror my thoughts exactly. These are NBA guys he's blasting past off the dribble!

That's actually insane how athletic he's gotten. He was always quick as hell for a center, but his verticality has improved dramatically and his first step is crazy impressive even at the NBA level. Box score watching implies his defense is still problematic given the foul rate, but he's definitely put some good work in at the next level.

I love seeing Duncan in the background around the 2 minute mark. He must have a hard time not smiling after seeing a Mo dunk and 1.

Sometimes forgotten is just how young he was when he showed up on campus. Matured a ton in a short time... and has continued to grow his game. LOVE seeing him and Franz playing together. Caleb H starting to get some minutes, too. I always check Orlando's box scores... fun to see the Wag Bros take over.

He was 18 when he arrived in 2015 … pretty normal.

OP can you post the YT link please?

Doesn't he have another year of eligibility? What I wouldn't give to see another year with him in the maize and blue. Seriously glad to see him getting more playing time.

Watching the tape it's just funny how little defense guys in the NBA play any more.

Who’s Mo Wagner? That’s Alba Berlin’s super star Haas—the “German MJ”.

I know these are highlights, but Mo has definitely improved since college.
