Playing Eastern in basketball, unfortunately, always reminds me of the game at Crisler in 97. It was a week after we beat #1 Duke and it was Christmas break so not as many Michigan fans there. I think dad and I were the only Michigan fans in the upper bowl. The Eastern fans cheered so loud and the ones around me were a pain in the ass. One girl told me to bite her when I cheered a Tracker Trailer free throw.
We lost 89-83 in overtime. Blech.
Please do not repeat history tonight.
