Exciting stuff for the program, and just one more reason to be happy that college sports are finally back! (As of 3:00 pm today, when women's soccer plays an exhibition against WMU.)  Volleyball has been making steady progress for years, and it's great to see that hard work rewarded.

Highest preseason ranking ever at #7.

Last year was the best accomplishment in program history, getting to the Final 4. Hasn't historically been that successful of a program but in the last 5 years has been very respectable.

Just need to find a way to win a B1G title. The B1G is the best conference in the country. PSU is a dynasty, volleyball is probably the #2 sport on campus at nebraska, illinois was in the NCAA finals in 2011, minnesota is very good and sparty has been getting better.

I see great things happening for this program. They'll have a new arena soon when they tear down Keen in a few years so that should help a lot with recruiting.

If you live in town, you should definitely go out to a few games. I went one night with a friend who was a volleyball regular and had a great time. Cliff Keen is a great atmosphere, even though they're replacing it soon.
