Supposed to be a defensive oriented coach, which is more important than getting a great recruiter IMO. JB has shown that he can find talent, no matter the ranking of the player. But iit took Donlon for us to really take the next step on the defensive end. So I'm glad we're getting another defensive specialist. And as Brian noted on the front page, he comes from a team without a true rim protecting giant in the paint. Which is good for us.
