I made the mistake of underestimating coach b for yet another season. The team is finally starting to find it on offense and Doyle is coming around nicely.

Not just because we won, but I think there are signs this team may be coming together. I saw some cohesion on offense. And maybe Walton is getting healthier. This team has flaws, but its not as hopeless as most people seem to think. I think we're one unexpected win away form being in good shape, possibly Tuesday @ Buckeyes.

If the big ten weren't having a down year we'd be sunk, but their are a lot more winnable games on this schedule than you might expect.

I think we have to get to 12-6 in the regular B1G season to be in decent shape going into the new 5-round, 14 team B1G Tourney format.   (18-11 going into the BTT.)

But the B1G is not the murderer's row of the past few years.  We're not eliminated from at-large contention yet.

Extremely enjoyable afternoon of basketball.  Games like this are the difference when it comes to getting in the tournament.  Just keep getting better and this year could still be fun at the end.

Is a quiet storm, I appreciate his focus and chemistry with Walton.

The hustle was evident today. this got them throught the bad breaks from beyond the arc.

Can't wait to see that effort be contagious on our football team as well.

Some good signs of developing mental toughness.  If they can relocate their collective shooting stroke, they will be a threat.  Irvin needs an insane breakout game where he hits about 8 3s.  It isn't pretty right now, but ugly wins are still wins while the young guys learn.

like they are rebuilding and it's a question if how fast they can go. Caris needs another consistent threat to do his thing. If Walton continues to get healthy, as he appeared today he showed he can work with Doyle as Morris once did with a young Morgan. Irvin won't continue to struggle, particularly if Walton and Caris are functioning at maximum level. Next up is for Chatman and Donnal to find an effective role. I like this team going forward. A lot of 3-4 years guys getting experience will establish a great foundation.
