MgoRV journey to Arlington

Submitted by MH20 on
I'm currently en route to Arlington from Michigan in an RV for Michigan/Alabama. Anyone interested in following our journey can search #MgoRV on Twitter/Instagram. We'd love to tailgate/drink with fellow mgobloggers this weekend too so get in touch with us if you want to meet up

This will undoubtedly get confusing but I, MH20, am not actually the one going to Texas.  That would be my buddy Dan. He did not have enough mgopoints to make a board topic so I lent him my username info for the trip so he could post updates, etc.  Just assume anything posted re: going to Texas, being in Texas, etc. from this account is actually my buddy and not me, MH20.  I wish I was en route to Dallas.  Instead, I'm at work.  Awesome.

And enjoy the journey, the anticipation of the game is killing me and I'm not even heading down there. Can't imagine how jacked you are to be on a roady already.

Please drive carefully and watch out when you switch lanes with one of those monstrosities.  People don't realize how big your blind spot is and think it'd be smart to drive their tiny little cars right off your back wheels.

That being said, show your Michigan pride throughout the heartland (except in Ohio, I suggest you fill up as close to the border as possible).  Oh, and don't forget to get rid of the toilet water before you return the RV (I suggest you do so in Columbus and refrain from wetting your whistles from there on).

Great book about the Alabama Crimson Tide RV tailgating culture. Great read. From the sounds of it Alabama RVs will probably outnumber Michigan's by quite a lot. Have fun, see you down there.
