Meta: Tim and TomVH transition
I know Brian is currently looking for replacements, but when are Tim and TomVH officially done with this site? As we have not heard anything concrete, is there going to be a gap in Wednesday Recruiting, Big Ten Recruiting Class Rankings, Sunday Updates, etc. Yes this is a free site, but at the same time, loyal users should be informed as many of us check this site 50+ times a day. I would like to know if I will be reading a TomVH post tonight, or going to bed without this information from here on out.
Also, I for one would still like to follow their content and would like to know about their new positions. The type of work they will be doing is consumer based, so I don't feel asking this is out of line.
Mods feel free to delete if deemed uneccessary.

Could the new guys get rid of this moderate option? I do not think anybody likes it and the old system actually kept the place in check.

It has nothing to do with any new guys, its all up to Brian, who said that he kind of likes it (and in the end it is his decision). Pretty much everyone here is with you, though, myself included.

I also agree.
However, I admire Brian for sticking to his decision despite its widespread unpopularity.

Count me as one of the people who kind of likes it. It's not as entertaining as a negbang or posbang, but 99% of the time it effectively weeds out the stupid posts and promotes those that deserve it.

I probably check the site 10x/day. If i'm bored it could surpass that easily. My GF even knows about the site. However, she is a sorry UT Vols fan so doesn't care and doesn't even get it right because she calls it Michigan Go Blog, and I always have to correct her that it's just MGoBlog. I think the questions that have been asked are fair questions. Although we're all going to miss TomVH and Tim, I have no doubt Brian will replace them with individuals that will also excel in the MGoCommunity. Thanks for all that you guys do for the site!

Losing two key contributers to your free blog is no excuse for slacking on the information that we have been spoiled with and have grown accustomed to expect. Don't lose site on what is really important here........... keeping ME entertained.

Upstate NY, do you? Just curious; I've noticed a tendency to use "on" when another preposition (of, about, to mention a couple) would be more appropriate up in these woods.

My wife calls this site my 'Facebook', except I would probably consider everyone here, who is not a troll, a friend..
BTW, I only check about 10x a day...

Yes, it's Monday and I'm very sad.

Michigan Daily writer Stephen Nesbitt tweeted this morning: "For all you loyal MGoBloggers, I'm not going to spill the beans, but you're getting a capable, talented and hilarious replacement for Tim."
And no, the replacement is not him.

The thought of THE_KNOWLEDGE contacting recruits is a little disconcerting
