Can the Knowles hype train please crash now?  Might as well be Kerry Coombs with a Knowles mask on.

Knowles was outcoached by the Michigan offense. He had no answers in the second half.

What's the excuse this year buckeyes? You played at home, you had perfect weather. You got off to a good start in the game then you fell flat on your face.

Once again, Knowles has a mediocre record over the last 20 years.  Last year at the other OSU was his best ever but it wasn't typical and actually, it wasn't that great last year given the league they were in.

Tressel and Meyer were iron compared to Day.  If Day was tough, he wouldn't have punted while in the MIchigan side of the fleid.

I mean.....what was he expected to do today with a Michigan team that grew a long pass game during the first half, had linebackers throwing passes, an offense that became fully operational with 4 more cylinders than they have shown all season.

How do you stop that?

I love the part of the broadcast where Joel was telling us that the upcoming UM offensive drive was going to be the biggest drive of Knowles' career--only to have Edwards break off his first long run of the 4th quarter.

this alum at the game was telling me how Knowles was fired from Cornell because, while he was great stopping the run with run blitzes he allowed all sorts of big plays downfield.

All year long - this Ohio State team is different. This defense is tough. Jim Knowles' coaching will bring them back to a championship level.

Today - they allowed 5 TDs of 45+ yards, and 4 of 69+ yards, on their home turf. Reality has set in for the Bucknuts and hopefully, the pundits.
