Is Mean Joe Ok?
Hi All, Mean Joe hasn't posted anything since June 20th and I'm becoming concerned as he hasn't had this large of a gap in his posting/commenting history from the history we can see at his user page here:

After a good bender last year:
Mean Joe is my MGoArchEnemy, but I miss his sterling wit.
Does anybody have contact with him outside of this site? Can you get word to him and tell him we miss his participation? Is he ok?

Okay is a relative term in reference to Mean Joe.
Pull up any game thread from about 2012ish and look at the sheer number of users that used be quite prominent here that are now gone. It's amazing.
You could have a quite an interesting "gone but not forgotten" thread on the people who've risen in visibility here and then left for one reason or the other.
I was hoping this post would drag him into the light, but not yet anyway.
It could be he's hibernating given it's winter in Australia.
Whatever happened to Six_Zero? I remember that series of interviews he did with the staff and some prominent users was quite entertaining.

The guy I miss the most is PurpleStuff. He was always thoughtful, smart and offered really good football analysis (I thought).
I don't even remember him (her?) But I would imagine that name was derived from the Dave Chappelle line about the Sunny D commercials. So I'm sure he was pretty funny.

How about Blue_in_Seoul, or SeoulBlue? I think he may have changed his username to something else at some point too. I remember he used to do game reviews with very informative content, also hilarious screen shots of defenders with scribbled captions going the right/wrong way on certain plays. His post after the last OSU victory - can it be that long ago - with the Dora the Explorer "We Did It!" music is one I'll never forget.
Also M_Wolverine. He was booted in the Great Brandon Brown Interviews A 12 Year Old Purge of whenever ago that was.

It was BlueSeoul. Game review--"With pics!" One of my favorite parts of the old days, though BronxBlue has stepped in and filled the gap wonderfully. I want to say BlueSeoul is reborn as SFWolverine or something Bay Area-ish. Like a lot of us, I expect life caught up with him and he didn't have time to entertain us like he used to.
Also in the gone but not forgotten ranks for me are a couple mods (ProfitGoBlue and JustinGoBlue) and CRex. Hope they're OK.
Was Blue Seoul the same guy who would post about being a white dude with a crazy Korean gf, and his adventures with her family? Anyone remember those?
That was CRex. Some of them are in the MgoHOF. The girlfriend, who became his wife, wasn't crazy. However, there were some culture clashes with her family along the way.
Old CRexes never die. They just...fade away.
