I thought it would be very difficult to eclipse Sione Houma. I thought Houma would cast a long shadow and be enshrined as the new standard for a fullback. I thought converting TEs who weren't good enough to be TEs was a stopgap measure. I was wrong. Long live Khalid Hill!

I believe he'd been grading out positively on blocking as well. Some of the mods that do the deep-dive analysis on the team's performances have been shocked that we continue to see Hill split time with Poggi since Hill has been a positive in all facets of the game. I don't mind them both seeing time, it keeps Hill fresh for the goal-line TDs!

Khalid is awesome. The full back dive with Michigan is unstoppable, especially when a touchdown is on the line.

He has to be one the most efficient runners of all time.  He doesn't waste yardage away from the goal line.  He's scored 7 TDs on 21 rushing yards - 3 yards per score!

Also, he scores literally every other time he carries the ball (13 carries, 7 TDs).  His receiving output is slightly more wasteful ("only" one TD on eight receptions) but still solid.

I love that we finally have a true "RB by committee" offense. Over 1,500 yards rushing on the year and the leading rusher has 400 yards. I couldn't tell you who our true #1 back is because they all contribute in their own way.

He certainly doesn't have the same break away speed as Evans or even Higdon, but I like his vision as a runner. There was a play in the 2nd quarter inside the 10 yard line where if De'veon took it outside, it was an easy TD. Instead he cut inside and got taken down around the 5 I think. In my opinion, Isaac easily bounces that to the outside and scores (similar to all his other TD's this year).

this year?  Isaac is VASTLY improved in the areas you mentioned, and is one of our top options at RB right now.  Certainly in the conversation.  Hell, even his blocking is much better.

We were a little worried after seeing Houma's success last year and who would replace him. Does this mean we should never worry about the FB position as long as Harbaugh is our coach? I would confidently say yes.

For the record, I conceded my handle as "Night King" to Mad King because he had an earlier join date, however, the Mad King and the Night King are different.  The former is Daenery's father, the latter is the leader of the white walkers.

I am now Lee Everett.  Whateva.
