Kenturkey fan is horrble at trolling Stauskas' Wikipedia page

If you got past the horribly spelled title of this post then [EDIT - See below. No traffic shall be directed to the site that was linked here. - LSA] to get the rest of the joke (I'll wait).

I mean, holy hell, we thought that Ohio State fans had trouble with grammar and spelling? But this takes it to a whole new level. I get trash talking but at least make in creative, coherent, and spelled correctly. Oh well, what do you expect from someone with a Kentucky Middle School diploma*.

*I say Middle School because there is no way they made it to High School.

Great spelling on this Wikipedia vandalism, Kenturkey fans. (via @E21Sable) pic.twitter.com/4sI5NbMIfA

I went and found Andy Katz's tweet as I remembered seeing it this morning and posted that instead. Good call here. I didn't think about the source even until you brought it up.

The sad thing is that whoever did this (it's fixed now, of course) didn't even really bother to rearrange the sentence to make it sound even close to correct. If you're going to troll Wikipedia, at least get the help of someone who is not grammatically and orthographically challenged, right?

...let me say this about that...

Either we have standards, written or otherwise, or we don't.  As it was pointed out, BR is not looked upon fondly 'round deez partz, so.  If it was the only place to see that tweet, then maybe you have a point.  But I'm sure there's lots of other ways to find it.

Bleacher Report is not like TMZ.  TMZ may report on a lot of stupid stuff, but they do their own work and often break stories before anyone else.  Their methods might be sleazy, but they get results.

BR just rips other people off and makes stupid click-through articles.  BR wishes they were TMZ.

Thank you, comparing BR to TMZ is an insult to TMZ. While I don't like TMZ at least they are proactive in finding breaking "news," while BR appears to be a bunch of fat guys sitting in their underwear eating dorritos and trolling the tubes to find someone that they can pounce on. Sorry for that visual.

Bleacher Report got big by teaching "writers" how to do "stories" that involved clicking onto 10, 25 and even 50 pages to get all the way through their "countdowns."  That fooled Google's algo into thinking that they were providing a 99th percentile reader experience.

They did such a great job of fooling Google that Turner Broadcasting System bought them out for around $200 million.  I don't read them so I don't know, but I would imagine that some of the same schmucks that built BR didn't make the cut when TBS decided to make them part of CNN's sports "team," replacing SI.

But they can't fool any people except their writers.

I don't know if that's actually the work of a UK fan.  "Kenturkey" doesn't look like a typo, and I don't think UK fans hate us enough to do something like that.  I suspect it's Buckeye or Spartan handiwork.

True story, I went to grad school at UofM with a guy from Kentucky. He got his Ph.D. and accepted a faculty position at UK, thinking it would be nice to move back home and live near his family. The students were so awful he left UK. He said they could barely write coherent sentences and he was spending most of his time correcting their English. He became a professor at MSU. He told me the quality of students at MSU was better than at Kentucky. Imagine that, some folks are even dumber than spartans.

I hate msu in sports as much as the next guy... But graduating from MSU isn't exactly an easy task... Its a fine academic school. Ita not hardvard or yale, or even michigan, but a pretty good school nonetheless. Regardless of how much of douches they are in sports and how dumb their FANS are.

Take it easy on Kentucky fans. Life isn't easy when your uncle and brother-in-law are the same person.
