Joe Boisture Commits to Boston College

Small in comparison to the DG news, and not relevant to UM. He's from Saline though, so it's good to hear.

Also apparently a better QB than Bolden and Gardner according to Rivals. WHAT IS RICHROD DOING NOT GOING AFTER THESE TOP 100 TYPES?!?!?

I know and not going after guys from the state of MI either, what is wrong with him haha. Oh wait looks like we will get Gardner...hopefully all those idiots complaining will shut up now. He obviously has no problem recruiting in state so longs as they fit his system. Makes a lot of sense when you think about it!

I think and his dad owns a bunch of trailer parks and the one in Saline is not doing well. So his Senior year will be his first year at Saline. Happy to hear to about his commit.

He hasn't even been to a practice at Saline. He just transferred in after football season. But as a Saline resident I'm pretty excited to watch him play this fall. Probably the best QB prospect to play on a Saline field since Henson brought his Brighton boys here and delivered that a$$ whooping!

In all seriousness, I saw a couple of clips of him, and he really has a strong arm and a tight spiral. Kinda winds the ball up before his release, but overall, looks pretty good, maybe like a more polished Threet. I can sort of see where Rivals is coming from with this -- he did sit out his entire sophomore year, so the whole "came out of nowhere" thing does have legs, and being lower profile would explain the lack of elite offers. He does have the stats to back it up. Still surprised to not see Gardner in the Rivals100, but I've yet to really be impressed with what I've seen on film with him. I'm no football guru, but I'm more excited to have Tate on campus than Gardner -- but then again, Gardner is obviously more of a "project" with the raw athleticism that Tate doesn't have.
