I'll be walking my daughter down the aisle at 3:30.
The groom is a great guy that we all love. He's also a huge Michigan fan. It's a win win.
October 19th, 2019 at 7:26 AM ^
What a special, emotional day., for you and your family
Wedding at 330 game at 730 you’ll definitely be able to watch...
October 19th, 2019 at 7:27 AM ^
Congrats and best wishes on your daughter’s big day!
Your soon to be son-in-law is a Michigan fan - she has chosen wisely.
I will be spending the day watching one of my boys play in his soccer playoffs. His team wears the color blue, so it is a go blue day all the way.
October 19th, 2019 at 8:21 AM ^
Thanks guys!
October 19th, 2019 at 7:28 AM ^
Congrats!
As for me:
October 19th, 2019 at 8:18 AM ^
Congrats. Everything is gonna go well today. And you'll be able to celebrate a big road win later.
October 19th, 2019 at 10:51 AM ^
If "Able to celebrate a big road win later" is what you mean by the Honeymoon will be... then Yes...you are correct. If you really mean Michigan is gonna beat Penn State tonight, then I think you might be incorrect. Might as well start the marriage off with disappointment and get it over with.
October 19th, 2019 at 8:23 AM ^
Congratulations
I myself could never have gotten married on a Michigan game day.
October 19th, 2019 at 8:37 AM ^
Two years ago when they were picking a date the son in law to be and I looked at the 2019 schedule. I kept pointing at the Illinois week. He picked this weekend. Today is looking like a way better weather day than last Saturday. The leaves have changed a lot since last week which is what he wanted. ( Outdoor wedding). And now this is a night game. Go Blue!
October 19th, 2019 at 8:32 AM ^
I guess its a good thing they are getting the joyous occasion stuff in before the game which might become memorable for all the wrong reasons.
October 19th, 2019 at 8:44 AM ^
Congrats Sharkey! A very special day for your family that’s on a plateau WAY higher than any college football game! Blessings to your daughter and soon to be son in law and to your whole family! Have a great day!
October 19th, 2019 at 9:36 AM ^
Congrats!!!
In Atlanta for my cousins wedding tomorrow. Today, taking Cooper and Colby to the College Football Hall of Fame.
We had planned to go watch UGA v Kentucky in Athens, but it was moved to an evening kick this week.
Go Blue!

I've got all day to figure out what I want for game food.
October 19th, 2019 at 10:55 AM ^
I recommend Korean pork ribs... you still have time to marinate and slow cook

I get to carry 60 sheets of drywall into the basement. Woohoo!
October 19th, 2019 at 7:28 AM ^
Blue collar username... checks out
good luck hoss!
October 19th, 2019 at 8:39 AM ^
Just a heads up, drywall doesn't hold up well to people trying to escape your basement.
October 19th, 2019 at 8:48 AM ^
12 foot pit in the basement floor does the trick. Forgot that I also have to build a cabinet for the lotions. Keeping things nice and tidy.
October 19th, 2019 at 9:19 AM ^
"She puts the lotion in the basket."
October 19th, 2019 at 12:29 PM ^
He would not humanize her by referring to her as "she".
It puts the lotion on the skin, or it gets the hose again.

My wife doesn’t allow me to “fill that gap” anymore, so drinking... heavily. Started with a traditional “good morning” green zebra, fantastic beer (juice) for the morning. About to get into some bloody Mary's; if you’ve never had McClures you’re missing out. After that I’ll watch game day then take a nap.
October 19th, 2019 at 8:09 AM ^
That sucks, so what do you do when you feel like filling gaps? Does she allow you to find and fill the gap of others?
October 19th, 2019 at 8:18 AM ^
You may have a rough morning tomorrow my man.
October 19th, 2019 at 8:46 AM ^
No, my body is immune to losses I’ll be ok. Now if we win, that’s an entirely different conversation!
October 19th, 2019 at 9:18 AM ^
I suggest you leave your wife and find a gap that will have you. Life’s short man.
October 19th, 2019 at 9:54 AM ^
Advice from a female: If filling the gap isn't on the menu anymore, are there other items from the same menu you could order instead?
October 19th, 2019 at 11:15 AM ^
This is why women do not get it.
Here is advice from a man: (I do not think he meant sex BTW): If she isnt putting out, GTFO.
It is not going to change.
Hey it happens to most. After about 6 months, marriage, we find out, is a huge mistake.
October 19th, 2019 at 11:22 AM ^
If you're not having sex after 6 months of marriage, it won't last. Best for both people to end it.
October 19th, 2019 at 12:39 PM ^
I don't pretend to know what anyone's marriage is like other than my own, but I don't believe that last part for a minute.
October 19th, 2019 at 7:27 AM ^
Going to explore State College and see what the fuck people do around here for 4 years at a time.
October 19th, 2019 at 7:29 AM ^
Don’t let those filthy people put their hands on you and try to spin you around.
October 19th, 2019 at 7:39 AM ^
I hope you’re wearing a JoePa Knew shirt

Username so checks out.
October 19th, 2019 at 7:58 AM ^
Yes sir. Definitely doing hillbilly things. Need to prep the bee hives for winter, haul some firewood, and finish winterizing the fishing boat.
October 19th, 2019 at 8:33 AM ^
where hunt, what type of bow, and what're you doing to prep the hives?
October 19th, 2019 at 8:49 AM ^
I hunt Kalamazoo county. My bow is a Matthews switchback but tonight I’m taking my little guy out so we’ll be bringing the crossbow. He’s not big enough to pull the poundage for a kill so I got him a crossbow. I’m hoping next year he’ll be strong enough for a compound.
I need to do a sugar roll and check my mite count. I’m changing my screen bottom and top boards out for solid boards. I also have a super that I put window screen in and fill it with pine shavings to help absorb moisture. I’ll put that on the top deep box. This is my first year with bees so I’m still learning.
October 19th, 2019 at 8:53 AM ^
I decided not to sit today...didn't like the temperature. I'm going to shoot my bow a bit and make a few mock scrapes. Hoping things pick up in the next week or so. Good luck, my friend!
October 19th, 2019 at 7:35 AM ^
