It's all my fault

I wore my Jordan branded Michigan Football t-shirt. Obviously, it has not treated us well. What did you do today that ruined it for the boys in Maize and Blue? But, goddamn it was a great run.

tried to finish a Black Mirror episode.  Checked the other tab and Michigan pulled to within 56-44.  So I dared to watch some more.  Of course, then the redhead hit two NBA threes.  I share the blame.

Nope.  Sorry.  Completely my fault.  Mom texted me, so I sent her this pic.  The game then changed a bit.  :(

I’ve got to say I get slightly annoyed with how many football jerseys I see at basketball events. If anyone deserves fan support, it’s the hoops squad. Wear a generic Michigan shirt or go buy some basketball gear. Fans should stop treating them like second fiddle when they greatly exceed expectations while the football team underachieves every year.

I agree. You are attending a Michigan basketball game, not a football game. Wear a plain blue shirt, or maize, if you don't have any hoops garb. I get what your putting down. Reminds me of the yinzers here in PGH who wear Steelers gear to a Pirates game.

Ya'll know Eddie Mush from The Bronx Tale? That's my dad. He's literally mushed every single team I've ever wanted to win anything. Remember when the Tigers were leading the Red Sox a few years ago in the playoffs. He was watching. The Pistons were once up 30 to Charlotte and ended up losing a few years ago, because he was watching. Red Wings in the 2008 finals, he was watching. Maybe the most damning evidence....he was watching the Kansas game. We were losing when he was watching. While Kansas was up in the last few minutes, he gave up and left. We locked him out of the basement where we were watching and the rest as we all know is history. These are just a few examples of many. The thing that pisses me off when he watches Michigan games is he's really not a Michigan fan. He doesn't watch Michigan basketball or football during the season. Just when there is postseason play or the OSU game at the end. He also cheers for Michigan State when Michigan is not in the postseason. It drives me insane and we will be forever cursed as long as he continues to act like a "fan." Rant over.

brother we would lose by around 20 after seeing them and proceeded to miss the first half by taking my kid to practice and ignoring the game.

My brother who lives in Ypsi came to Philadelphia on Sunday to visit my grandmother for Easter and we watched the game about 20 minutes from Villanova's campus. Pretty sure that jinxed it.

here in PDX.... the Alumni Association offered 2 different/additional bars to watch the game.  I sat in a 300 seat theater with  9 other Michigan people... none of whom offered a Go Blue! or Let's go Mo!.

It was hard.

I don't feel great.

Rahk... you did good.  Robinson... I will miss your turnaround season (why the  ef would anyone give up going to Williams... oh yeah... I figured that one out thanks to you.)  Simmons... thank you for putting some bodywork on Brunson.

Shit...what a season.

Forever Michigan.
