While I agree that there is too much red, the problem started when they moved THE GAME after Thanksgiving. Too many season ticket holders are out of town and want to sell to cover their cost. Some have no faith.

Also, most osu graduates stay in state. Not true for Michigan.

That statement is not as accurate as you think. OSU has a large international student body, nearly 4x Michigan. They dont leave for the holidays- typically.
I think the more accurate reason is the much larger population of residents in the greater Columbus area.

So someone with a family of 4/5 spends $1500 for plane tickets and their trip lasts 2/3 days so they can attend a game, instead of staying 5/6 days with family?
If they have 2/3 tickets, they can cover half the cost of the plane tickets. If they have 5/6 tickets, it can cover the entire plane ticket. They aren't worried about who buys the tickets.
It's not for me to decide what they want, but that is the way it works for some families.

This is a bad take from someone sitting on their couch at home. Why aren’t you at the game? Why didn’t you outbid the Buckeye fans that bought those tickets?
For the record, I haven’t had season tickets since I moved East 20 years ago, so I don’t have that dog in this fight. I don’t like seeing red in the stands either, but if you see a problem, lead by example before you talk.
