The new "Stay Classy."
We should not act surprised. We knew what we were getting with Harbaugh.
He can be brusque and rude. So could Bo.
Bo with Twitter would have been ugly. And entertaining as shit.

Nothing to do with some honor society. I simply think it's childish. It's akin to the crap you hear on TMZ, who is feuding with who and who dissed who... I couldn't care less about that stuff. Am I losing sleep over it? Absolutely not. Am I glad we have Harbaugh? Absolutely. But it's not like I have to blindly agree with every move he makes.
fer Harbaugh or you are agin'him.
It only seems childish because it's completely de-contextualized, because, well, all non-local information is decontextualized.
It's just trash-talk, all great athletes/competitors do it from time to time. Harbaugh knows what he means, and the recipients know what it means.
It's only the media industrial complex that blows it up and makes it more than it is. Hell, that's what twitter is. A whole industry based on making our conversations public. They're like the kid that yells "oooooooooooooooo" in the ear of the insulted party on the playground/cafeteria/classroom.
It's just a game to the two communicators, and portrayed as "deathly serious" by everyone else.
That's how it gets our attention.
And that's how the media companies eat.
Would be insane to expect different.
No one is asking you to agree with every move he makes -- we're talking about this one. You read it as feuding, some of us read it as droll humor. I would even go so far as to say he was showing some respect to the Rutgers students by playing along, but maybe that's just me.
What? Really? I am loving this.
Official ass kicking coming Rutgers way......GO BLUE!
This Rutgers stuff is comical. While Harbaugh brings Hank Aaron to his camps, Rutgers and OSU had Ray Rice at theirs today.
Ray Rice is now a motivational speaker. He goes around to college programs acting like he's not a flaming pile of garbage and speaks about domestic violence.
The 'ole Redemption trick.
We'll fall for anything.

Sometimes... You just gotta let Rutgers be Rutgers.
