The Game -weather

The weather forecast for the Game now appears almost “balmy” with a high near 50 for next Saturday.  Hopefully it will change a bit downward to somewhere between 42 - 27.

Here's a crazy idea: Stroud can throw effectively in cold weather. He did last year several times. It could be that JJ would benefit more from warmer temperatures.

Doesn't matter and bad weather also can lead easily to injuries either way that do not help either team going forward as B10 reps. Evidenced by M's MIA's this week.

I’m totally happy with this.  We are the better team.  I don’t see any way they can stop our offense if weather is not an issue.

Yes, I know they suck in bad weather.  Let’s listen to them complain that they couldn’t beat us due to the mild breeze

However, they do have the "flu card" they can try playing again. Watching near the end of the OSU-MD game I found it interesting that one of the announcers said that it was clear that the OSU locker room before The Game last year was dealing with lots of influenza.  The other announcer didn't seem interested in this take.

You aren’t getting to be the starting QB of Michigan or OSU if you have trouble playing in colder weather. I think the only net-positive weather-wise would be if it got wet, which might limit the breaking ability of their receiving core and impact Strouds ability to deliver on-time/with velocity/accuracy.

I always find it odd that the temperatures in Columbus are pretty significantly warmer, and the weather is more subdued, than Ann Arbor even though it's only 190 miles to the south.  It's not THAT far south.  Micro climates...

It so pretty crazy even when compared to places relatively closer like canton or Cleveland. My wife is from Buffalo and while it’s only a 5 hour drive it’s like being in Florida down here lol.

you are right though lots of times I’d leave Columbus and it’s warm but when I get to AA it’s windy and freezing.

Again with weather lol … seems Stroud did well enough to throw for almost 400 and two TDs and no Int… yes his receivers made some all time great catches but he put the ball there … with JJs problems this year throwing do we really want want bad weather and winds ? … get in Strouds face constantly that’s what will win us the game !!!
