Does anyone ever just say Miller Lite or Jim Beam 4 Year? I enjoy a finely crafted brew or bourbon as much as anyone, but dang it's like no one here drinks without dropping a c-note; or at least feel ashamed to be viewed as having an inferior palate. I'm in the anything with alcohol camp.

barn chores done with the 4 youngest, but they have a problem with our rooster who is a bit aggressive.  might be time to find him a shovel ready job....

Just had a Guinness and a Blue Moon at the Circus Bar for the HTTV release - met a couple MGoBloggers in person. It was an interesting time indeed.

Of course, Circus cleared out for karaoke - also, it was pretty lightly attended, which sort of surprised me, but then it is a Friay night in August. 

Anyway, it was neat.
