My eye is on BTN to see if MSU can keep it up or not.

Are you suggesting that it's only possible to change coordinators when your defense has a certain percentage of upperclassmen?

The half-baked defenses of GERG are getting tiresome.  Do you really believe that with one more year of coaching our guys, we're going to see radical improvement?  This is a man who has fielded five consecutive atrocious defenses ('06'-'08 at SU, '09-'10 at UM).  At some point you call a spade a spade.

I thought letdowns were creatures of the past now with MD.  Afterall, MSU is 3-0 after beating M the last three years.  But it sure looks like a letdown so far.

Scheelhaase is handing off to the RB on every zone read.  Looks like MSU is always going for the running back just like the did with Denard.

It's good that MSU is being stifled by Illini 6-3. Hopefully the Illini do not stifle Michigan as well when they play later this season. But right now, we are all Illini fans ;)

Do our kickers work with Barwis on leg strength? Why do we seem to be the only team that always kicks it short?

That's worrisome. However, home teams are doing ok. That's good. (Indiana was an underdog to Ark St., right? ;-). )
