EA Sports game simulation of UM vs MSU

They have Michigan winning a close one, but the weird thing to me ( I don't play video games) was MSU was ranked #11 and Michigan was ranked #14. Where do the rankings come from?

The rankings come from 2013, the year that game was made.

***Edit: And that's what happens when you assume. I stand corrected. Michigan was #19 and MSU was unranked upon the game's release. Not sure where those rankings are coming from, but there is no way to edit rankings in that game. My guess is when they recreated the rosters, they plugged the teams into a season or dynasty and those rankings are what the CPU generated based on the player ratings.

Fake video, unrealistic. No way Michigan ever opens up in the spread and 4 straight pass plays. MANBALL

A fictional matchup of Ali and Marciano was determined allegedly by computer in 1969, and a film simulation was played in theaters in North America and Europe in 1970. The American audiences saw Marciano KO Ali in the 13th, and Euro audiences saw Ali score a TKO also in the 13th.

The notion that the 5-10.5" Marciano, whose fighting weight was 185 with a 68" reach would KO, let alone beat, a fighter of Ali's skills who was 6'-3", 215 lbs, with a 78" reach still strikes me as ridiculous, but GIGO.

don't be so quick to dismiss rocky.  give ali credit as a great boxer and he had a tougher jaw than many give him props for, but there is a science to fighting bigger opponents.  marciano would have more than a puncher's chance in the mythical match-up because he would be in ali's grill, negating the reach advantage, cutting off the ring, and working the body all day long.  i know that's what i'd do.

They should’ve done this simulation with the cfb m19 game or whatever it’s called. For those who don’t know, google madden college football mod.
Hopefully the m20 version will include dynasty, create a player, and recruiting. Wish in one hand though, right

Interesting. Looks pretty good, but obviously missing all of the nuts-and-bolts stuff like recruiting that makes the NCAA game great. (oh, you said that, sorry)

Which reminds me, how long until that goofball startup company comes out with their Gridiron Heroes college game or whatever it was supposed to be called? That will be the shock of the century if those guys ever deliver on that.
