Are we sure he's even coming back for Wisconsin ? Doubtful. I have no basis to say this but haven't heard anything about him in camp and now im street clothes. Think he may not play this year...

Yeah, I have no basis for saying this but I haven't heard that everybody will be healthy for Wisconsin so I'm assuming we'll just have to cancel the game.

Be better than this post... talented group of receivers playing against less than challenging OOC teams with a bye week next week before Wisconsin. Rest your star player for when you need him (and others) against the tougher teams.

According to Sam Webb, DPJ has a high ankle sprain, and by Wisconsin he will have had 4 weeks to heal, he should be good to go.

We need him on the field. We should be able to get by Army. But we will need him for the rest of the season. Collins and Black are great but if DPJ is out there with them we would be unstoppable.

If it’s truly a high ankle sprain, there’s no telling when he’ll be back. I had one back in 2015 and I was on crutches for 4-5 weeks and then it took another 2-3 weeks to really feel right.
Of course, I didn’t have the resources/medical care Michigan athletes receive. But you really don’t know. It’s a daily grind of trying to get right.

No boot today and like a previous poster said it will be 4 weeks by the time we play at Madison. Should be good to go by then but of course we will see. If only we had 2 other NFL caliber wide receivers on the roster
