Do you think Harbaugh will actually run the score up?

I mean blatantly. Like going for two when not needed running it up. I really hope so. If he did this, could anyone else see Mork taking a swing or chest bumping Harbaugh after the game? I think he would cause he knows he’s done anyways. How would Harbaugh realistically respond? I think he’d laugh and run off. In a real fight we all know what the outcome would be.

Do you think Dantonio will run up the score?  Do you think Fielding Yost will re-incarnate and pop out of the ground and take over the team to run up the score?  Do you think anyone on this board actually has any idea what Harbaugh will do?

Go for 2? Probably not. Have Dcaff and Milton throw bombs in the 4th when Michigan is up by 35+? Probably. I don’t think he’ll call the dogs off after the game is well in hand.

Nope.   But he wont have to - MSU will quit once we get up two scores or more and then things will just naturally take care of themselves.

I don’t think he would (or should) go for unnecessary 2’s. Why put that on film when you don’t need to? I think he won’t necessarily take his foot off the gas if given the chance. And there is 0% chance of a confrontation afterwards.

I don’t think he will for 1 reason, class. He has it contrary to what media says. I don’t think he will stoop to the level of OSU and MSU and some others.

that being said, I don’t think he will let his foot off the gas if we jump to a big lead either. But I think that will likely be more of getting the team mindset right going into the last 2 games more than “running up” the score. But that’s just my 2 cents

I think Rutgers had done some things to tick him off in our New Jersey recruiting. Dantonio seems to have actively avoided antagonizing him of late.

Also, if he did something blatant like that in this game, you've got a high likelihood of a fight or blatant cheap shots happening. Not worth it.

Never underestimate the amount of venom that the Spartans bring to their games with us.

The Michigan game is their Super Bowl... every year... for as long as I can remember. Even when Bo was beating them every year, it was never easy.

There are still many good players over there and you can be sure that they will be bringing their "A" Game (and not just A Gap blitzes).

Run up the score?  I just want to WIN.  If it is 52-0 so much the better but I will never underestimate this beast.

I would prefer to respekt the last decade and hope for a well earned victory from one of my favorite gritty but flawed Michigan Wolverines football teams.

I’m choosing to remain cautiously skeptical that our offense will ever allow us to be in a “run-it-up” position against Sparty or tOSU.

... it’s not like we’ve been there in forever.

Let’s just win the game. I do not see it as being a blow out. MSU will be ready. If Harbaugh tries running into a brick wall all day they are going to struggle to win. Open up the offense and let’s see more than 1 pass over 30 yards.
