Devin Bush Signs Contract
Get that keesh player
Dayuuum!
Hope all of the new pros get competent wealth advisors who take their fiduciary duties seriously and look out for the best interests of these young men...not view them just as a commission source.
....but I also hope that players start to take a more conservative view on their newfound compensation and don't start spending it as if they will be making $3 ‐ $4 million per year forever.
Agree, but I think that guidance is part of being a good advisor.
Congrats to Devin! The Steelers are getting a bargain. He is one of the fortunate few who has a father who had a long and lucrative NFL career to give him money advice. He can buy a truckload of ridiculous suits and still live way below his means.
Wow. Very happy for him. That’s a giant number.
That's awesome, good for Devin.
Is his dad still on the UM staff?
Good for him getting it fully guaranteed. Smart move player.
It would’ve been 2x that had he played in the bowl game, right? RIGHT?!?!
Too soon.
Congratulations, Devin. May you have a long and ALL PROductive career with the Steelers. Win a ring or three while you're at it, K?
Bush is one of my all time faves. I'm glad his combo of excellence and badassery has now officially paid off.
I'm so happy for Devin. I don't know how he will do in the NFL, but he definitely came into Michigan and earned that contract on the field. I think he's probably the best LB that Michigan has ever had. It was a pleasure to watch him play.
Bush is a stud no doubt but Larry Foote, Ian Gold, Jarrett Irons, Steve Morrison, and Erick Anderson would like a word with you.
I bet if you put Devin on their teams that he would have still been amazing. Put them on Devin's... maybe not so much. Nostalgia is powerful.
David Harris would like a word with you
Nice. Smart to take the guaranteed $$$ and the Steelers are lucky to have him. Guy is going to ball out.
All the best to DB. Really wish he was a Lion. Devin worked hard and now he gets paid. That's great.
He may not have been the best , but he sure was the "FASTEST" and the most "EFFECTIVE"
Bush deserves it. I Always loved watching him play (except against OSU). His speed, relentlessness, and aggression were unmatched and I think he'll be even better in a 3-4 defense, which the Steelers use, with his skillset.
Bush always played hard, made plays, and said great things about Haskins when he was asked about him which showed me that he's a class act.
I wish him the best.
