Denard Robinson

Hey TomVH what are the chances that we land Denard Robinson? I've read some articles on him and watched video on him and think this kid could come in and challenge Foicer and co. for the starting job next year. Any new information on him?

Denard Robinson isn't listed on Rivals. What's his deal? I see that he's listed as a CB on scout, so I'm assuming that he also plays QB. Also, what's up with Tajh Boyd? Is he considering Michigan at all? Also, this question is regarding Shav Beaver. I respect that 17-18 year olds are choosing where they will spend the next 3-4 years of their lives, but was there anything particularly inappropriate in the way that Beaver decommitted? I realize that will often be a difference between what recruits tell rivals/scout and what is going on behind the scenes with them and the coaches, but did Beaver exhibit a behavior that was inappropriate even for someone his age? Tom VH did seem annoyed. Note: teens are not invulnerable to criticism. It's not right when a kid opts out of an early decision admission for another school.

Beaver didn't do a damn thing wrong. He doesn't own any Michigan fan on this blog or anywhere for that matter anything. Was it disappointing? Yes. Could he have handled it better? Probably. But in the end, there's nothing wrong with what he did, he was looking out for himself.
