Sorry, we get a link to Graham Couch but after a quick search of the Detroit News I didn’t see an article addressing this.

Has he passed his bonus date? There was a day in January that Michigan state would owe him several million dollars if he was still employed by the University

It won't matter unless Blackwell can get someone else on that staff (or rather from that staff at the time) to back him up.  They can try to cross Dantonio up and get something today, but MSU will have prepped him.  It's going to be he-said / he-said, with the burden being on Blackwell's team to break that stalemate with other evidence.

Didn't even think of that, would be next level fucked up.

Has no one left that staff since the seasons in question?  Even administrative staff?  He'd just need anyone to corroborate that the rapist kid was a dirtball that no one else wanted, and Dantonio knew he posed a danger.  Check university payments to any admin staff that left for "consulting" work.  Though that's getting far into speculative territory.

Remember there's always going to be a predisposition to keep your mouth shut if you were from the staff at that time.  Dantonio has friends in the coaching circle and if you put your neck out for Blackwell, you may find yourself blackballed as a coach/staff member in college football. Unless there's a guy loyal to Blackwell, he's got an uphill fight.

Hollis already had his deposition and though it was sealed somebody leaked that he opposed Robertson being brought on campus. Mark then went to current AD Bill Beekman and got authorization as Bill was in admissions at that time.

When Hollis "retired" Bill was hand picked by Mark and the temporary then permanent replacement. If Mark's testimony proves this to be true be ready for another ground shaking level of disgust to bestow MSU.

"It is now 9:34, today is January 1, 2020, and this is the date and time set for the deposition of Mr. Mack Dantona, head coach of the Michigan State University volleyball team.  Mr. Donetino, please raise your right hand."

Interesting. Yeah I am surprised the case has gone this far with out a settlement. Would love to see that smug prick Dantini exposed. Unfortunately I am sure he will give answers like “I can’t recall” and “next question.”

Edit: I believe January 15th is when Dantini receives his bonus.
