Competition for Henne
So by now everyone has seen that the Miami Dolphins have drafted Pat White. While he is the ideal person to run the WildCat and since they were the ones to introduce it to the NFL, this has potential to be a GREAT weapon for the Dolphins.
HOWEVER, Pat White was drafted with all intentions of being a quarterback, as far as I know, not once did he ever do wide receiver drills for any team during any work out. If you recall, the Dolphins drafted another stud quarterback (we could be slightly biased) in the second round last year in Chad Henne. It has reported NUMEROUS times that the Dolphins are grooming Henne to take over for Chad Pennington within the next couple of years.
So my question to you: is this just for the WildCat or do the Dolphins really think White can be a viable option at quarterback after they had already spend a high second round pick last year at the quarterback position? Or is this simply something to light a fire under Henne's ass and they'll try to move White to receiver or something?
Is it really that hard to look to see if there is currently already a thread on a topic before starting a new topic on exactly the same topic?

You posted TWICE in the unnecessary, redundant thread.

What's your point? Once someone else responded with something that wasn't wrong, should it not have been corrected? It's not like I was responding to the OP with the second post. The first one was intended solely at the OP. That's pretty obvious. WTF is your problem?

A snarky post (by you) about redundant threads received a snarky post (by me) about hypocritically posting in said thread. That's pretty obvious. WTF is your problem?
[BTW, half of all the posts in this thread are by you. Good thing the OP happened, otherwise what would you do??]

it called quality control. It has always happened, and it always will. It's been covered by the site's creator as a topic, and is even the reason the recent post list was expanded, to help retards like the OP.
If you want to keep up your "snarky" retorts on behalf of others then get lots of Rust-O-Leum for your white knight suit of armor, you'll be busy.
First, as myrtlebeachmaizenblue said, it goes to the QC of this board and has been covered extensively at other times by the powers that be.
Second, several of the posts have been mine, but all but one of them have been pointing out the idiocy of people like you and the OP who obviously can't understand the basic operation of this board.
Third, would you prefer that if someone stated something that wasn't true, in a thread that people would read, regardless of redundancy, that someone would not correct that inaccuracy so that others aren't misinformed by bad information? That explains my only post in this thread that wasn't to either you or the OP pointing out your lack of understanding of basic board operation.
I'm not sure Pat White is as great a threat for Wildcat stuff as it might seem. The Dolphins used Ronnie Brown for that to great effect because Ronnie Brown is a running back and so the wildcat was a surprise. If Pat White comes in the game, everyone's gonna be like, look out, it's Pat White, here comes the wildcat. NFLers aren't going to fear his arm at first. If they want to use him in the wildcat they'll have to use him for a bunch of non-wildcat stuff first, whether that's receiver, slot, RB, actual throwing QB, whatever.

The wildcat was a surprise the first week they used it only! If you believe teams were still surprised after that you must have been the Lions D coordinator.

Have you actually seen how Miami runs their wildcat? It's essentially a read option. The same offense that Pat White ran for four years at West Virginia.
I think that there is an aboverage amount of double posts on this blog and people should notice the obvious ones :(
