I don't think there was any doubt about the intensity of the rivalry heading into the game, but here's video of Michigan and OSU players having to be separated by the refs going in to the tunnel at halftime:

Our boys didn’t back down an inch today!  They stared a juggernaut right in the eye…then punched them right in the mouth when the whistle blew!!  So proud…

Forgot what this felt like…it’s glorious!!!

That's the thing: it looked like our players had the psychological edge today. OSU were the ones committing pre-snap penalties, losing their composure (still don't see why #26 was allowed to remain in the game), and often looking rattled. That, to me, says a lot about the job our coaching staff has done this year because it felt like the other way around for years.
