Brandon Graham benches 500 pounds

Puts it up 4 times with relative ease. And yet another excuse for some Barwis.
Didn't see it after a quick search of the board. If it is already up, feel free to delete.
he could play for Alabama (and maybe even get a raise)
Geez, another 100 pounds and he'll match the Alabama monster NT...
That is pretty impressive at his weight. He is listed at 268 on the Eagles website, but I'd be willing to bet he is a little bigger than that now. They have a video of Martin doing the same weight for 4 reps and he is over 300 lbs.
Awesome for him. I hope he goes HAM this year and then the Eagles lose 12 games anyway.
That was a pretty damn mpressive display.
Damn, that was impressive. Graham is a beast. Miss that guy.
What is also impressive is that he is giving out complimentary barbell rows while benching 500lbs (get your damn hands off the bar, Barwis!)
It is impressive, I agree. I think at that weight, though, it's better to have someone's hands on the bar even it looks less impressive to some people and he's getting a tad bit of help.
Agreed its best to safe than sorry, but if he can handle that weight for reps, then I don't see the need to think about touching the bar until the last rep. If this a 1RM, then yeah, maybe...
Barwis is a stud regardless and obviously knows what the hell he is doing. More than me, that's for sure.
"Kills me that he is looking more like a bad draft choice. Love the guy but hope he contributes this yr"
Really?? He suffered a career threatening knee injury at the end of his rookie season and spent most of 2011 recovering from it.
Hardly a bad draft choice at this point.

Mike Martin also putting up 500 lbs. multiple times, impressive: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-TqgYihfDqU&feature=channel&list=UL
Amazing.
There is going to be a lot of pressure on him ot produce his season, espeically when you consider the Eagles passed on Jason Pierre Paul for him (at the time, clearly the right call).
I think he will open some eyes this season.
My immediate reaction to this was relief after seeing the story about that Alabama DT who put up 600 a couple of days ago. Then I remembered that Brandon Graham graduated two years ago.
Blame Barwis...
Impressd so far at training camp. WIll certainly be in the DL rotation.
