Just walked across the street from MSG to hotel. Amazing atmosphere especially for hockey. All around great events.

Basketball team pretty much single handedly got the wave going in 3rd period which was awesome.

That 3rd period was fun, except for the last 3 minutes. That hit was so dirty. But, hey, still got a sweep and a good, come from behind, victory. BTN noted that Penn State hadn't lost when leading going into the 3rd period. So we got that going for us, which is nice.

I also remember James Franklin celebrating a 7-6 season like he just won a national title. He was damn near tearful after addressing the crowd after their THRILLING win in the prestigious New Era Pinstripe Bowl.

Which they won a missed PAT. 

They are! 7-6!

and ticked me off big-time.  back in the day, that kid would have to have his head on a swivel next time we played his team.  we would pay him back x 10, although psu didn't have a hockey team when i was playing.  in fact, sandusky hadn't start molesting children in their showers yet...as far as we know.

swapping emails with a long time psu friend (but not about that cheap shot) and he was gracious in defeat and hopefully i was a gracious winner.

When I was in the bathroom at MSG right at the end of the hockey game I heard some PSU fan behind me saying "God I hate these Michigan fans - they're so arrogant!!" Ah yes, balance has been restored to the Force.

Although we have a favorable W/L record against PSU, I would be glad to see them leave the B1G.
