For those of you keeping track at home, that's three wins by MSU over UM in officiating fuckups so colossal that they have been formally acknowledged (1990, 2001, and 2021).

I'm tired of hearing about how every team wins some and loses some when it comes to the offciating.  There is absolutely positively nobody close to having been fucked over by officials in close ones as much as Michigan.

Maybe we should get t-shirts made for all the wins we should have but don’t actually have because of “insert excuse here”.
Refs being one of them.

The whole deal stinks of baby poop. The B1G should be the ones standing up in front of the media and owning their official’s mistakes, particularly when they are of consequence.  Putting it on the injured party to publicize their admission of error is a punk-assed bitch move on the part of the B1G.

The only thing I can think of is that the CFP committee may factor that call in when they come up with their rankings.  You can clearly make the case that the missed call at the end of the first half was the reason Michigan lost to Michigan State.  If not for that, Michigan would be undefeated.

They did. The B1G made their press release that the refs changed the result of the game and the CFP committee shortly followed up with an immediate press release yesterday saying that they were going to take that under advisement going forward with the rankings. Given that both the B1G and CFP committee have officially acknowledged that the refs changed the outcome of the game, I expect Michigan to be ranked higher than Michigan State in the Week 11 Playoff Rankings.
