Maybe we should lower our admission standards already!

So damn sloppy. Hopefully they learned a big lesson tonight. You let up even a little and you get stomped

Nice overreaction.  There will never be another time this season when this team plays 3 Tournament-Level teams in 3 days and comes home for a minute only to travel to play the #1 team in the country for their 1st true road game.  They were awful tonight but it is one game.  Find another sport to watch if you think teams don’t ever have off-nights.

Friday vs. Iowa will be a very telling game. Need to wipe this one out, Howard  use it as a learning experience. Livers and Wagner need to give us more. Not sure why Brooks/DDJ refused to shoot. Very odd. Weird thing, not surprised to lose around 10-12, but thought both teams would play WAY better.

This guy again? Do we have any mods left? Frank you are a grade “A“ twat, nobody on this site thinks for one second you are an actual Michigan fan. Now kindly go fuck yourself with a rake.

STFU this team just got back from the Bahamas and went to Louisville on 3 days rest, which isn't your traditional 3 days rest. You guys are so toxic; this site needs to implement a policy in which threads aren't posted until mods approve them.

Michigan began the season unranked and maybe deservedly so, based on having a new coaching staff, a head coach with no head-coaching experience, two question marks in the starting five and not much high-quality depth. Before the season started, I was thinking that this might be one of those seasons when an appearance in one of those NCAA "First Four" games in Dayton or a run to the NIT championship would be the team’s ceiling and it still might be.

There are several good teams in the Big Ten, and with Iowa and Illinois (both 6-2) and 13th-ranked Oregon next on the schedule for the Wolverines, things won’t be getting any easier before games against Presbyterian and UMass-Lowell finish the out-of-conference schedule before they play at Michigan State on January 5.

If Michigan had gone from being unranked to being ranked around the 10 to 15 range after the championship run in the Battle for Atlantis, then losing by 15 to the top-ranked team and one of the top players in the country on their home court in front of 21,000 people wouldn’t seem so bad, especially on a terrible night overall for the Wolverines.

I'm looking at this season like being at the doctor's office and waiting to be spoken to by anyone other than a receptionist or at CVS while waiting for a prescription to be filled. (Yes, I'm one of those old "boomers" -- born during the Truman administration.)  PATIENCE!  If this Michigan team finishes the season ranked among the top 25 teams in the country, then considering where they were before the season started, that should be considered a pretty good year.  (I'll wait for the anticipated "OK, boomer.")

Lower them to the conference requirement for athletes, where they already reside,  Bold move Cotton.
