Weird parody in college football this year. With limited games last season coupled with a million transfers per team anymore it's somewhat unknown how good or bad teams are based on the previous season.
I think by week 6-7 rankings should have corrected itself and we should have a good idea where teams stand.

BAMA has ruined college football. The gap between them and what were the other elite programs (Clemson, OSU, UGA, LSU) seems to be growing.
It longer really feels like a big 4-6 and everyone else....it's really Bama, then a 2nd tier of teams competing for a playoff spot, and then everyone else. I'm not sure how Bama has managed to get so much more out of their elite recruiting classes than OSU, UGA, Clemson, but they look like a semi-pro team.
