5'8" 230 lb running back

An earlier poster noted that Adam Robinson for Iowa is out for the year. Well, one of his potential replacements besides Pakibomb is Brad Rogers a 5'8" 230 lb running back. I really don't pay attention to personal stats with the exception of lineman or maybe height on a WR/DB, but this was an eye opener. It is like putting 25 lbs on Mike Hart. I don't see how lateral quickness would be a term used here. Could be wrong, maybe he is simply big boned.

Yeah, kind of like Kevin Grady but probably a little slower. Shonn Greene, was more talented but, there are some similarities. Iowa likes big backs, so he should fit their offense pretty well. Really getting down to the bone-though when you've gotta pull a redshirt from a back who was considered more of a project. It's said Rogers has looked good throughout this year's practices. They lost Robinson and OG Dace Richardson who was having an All-American season. Don't see them beating OSU in Columbus. May not need to to win the Big Ten Championship if they can win their home games since OSU has to play at PSU(if Iowa loses to OSU and PSU wins out they'd share the title. PSU, finished the season at MSU. No gimme win) and UM.
