103 points by Michigan: most EVER in a B1G Opener

What a game last night that was. Atmosphere at Crisler was excellent for a weekday 6:30pm game. Especially considering the crowd for the Creighton game.

Michigan's 103 points last night against Iowa is the most points the Wolverines have scored in a B1G Opener since...........EVER

1/6/1977 was the previous record. Michigan beat Northwestern at then-Crisler Arena, 102-65.

How little of a life do you have to be on a rival's message board and trolling after your football team just won a conference title?

BTW it's been 734 days since Online State beat Michigan in the sport this thread is actually about.

Edit: I love the trollcave feature.

Juwan Howard is competent, probably really good, who was left with a stocked cupboard.

Ryan Day is competent, probably really good, who was left with a stocked cupboard.

it is what it is.

So stocked that Michigan wasn’t even ranked to start the season.  Meanwhile osu football was ranked top 5 to start the season.

Terrible comparison.  One coach had to develop a bunch of bench players into capable starters and install a whole new offense.  The other coach had to develop a 5 star at just about every position and ran the same exact offense he ran the year before at the same team.
