No sir, Adam Devine is an actor who has been in a bunch of stuff including but not limited to: Workaholics, the first two Pitch Perfect movies, The Righteous Gemstones, and Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates.  He was right about the resemblance, they do look similar.  Yours is good too though!

No, you're absolutely right. This is 100% a photoshop job.  Look at his cornea and pupil placement. Look at the shadows on his shirt collar. The identical shadowing down the left (his right) side of his face.  They did do a little color fading as well, Michigan shot has more reds, Minny shot has been muted with greens in color balance.  But as far as the match, it's too perfect.  If you hired the world's best portrait photographer and told him to replicate a photo, he couldn't recreate the light, shadows, pose, half smile etc.  not like this.
