This post is worth 30,000 words.

It goes to show how many guys stepped up. Forget about 22 starters, this team had contributions all across the 2-deep, plus special teams.

Can I just add that I'm really struggling to not post a Tackling in Space Appreciation Thread after seeing our secondary do work. Rod Moore, Brad Hawkins, Daxton Hill, Vincent Gray, D.J. Turner II, R.J. Moten. Those guys making enough tackles (and with aggression) is what kept that OSU running back from breaking a couple of 70-yarders like they normally do. To think that they were our supposed weakness at the beginning of the season.

Furthermore, I'm going to plant my flag here and declare, on this the 29th day of November in the year of our Lord 2021, that Rod Moore will be an All-American defensive back before his career is over at Michigan. Obviously him contributing as a true frosh is big, but this is more of a hunch. And, I think he's got a helluva Meechigan player name. Blends right in with Tommy Hendricks, Rod Payne, Glen Steele, Jarrett Irons, Sam Sword and the like. Gonna be a really good one.

Bingo! Two of the most critical plays - Moten tackling in open space on 3rd down to force a FG at the end of the first half. This was also one play after he had dropped an easy interception. Brad Hawkins tackling Henderson for a 4 yard run where if he doesn’t it’s an easy TD - I can’t remember exactly when this happened in the game.

That Haskins hurdle is a direct karmic result of #26’s bitchass insolence against Roman Wilson; because the unsportsmanlike conduct flag couldn’t be sufficient. The in-game rules of football are constructions of mere humans. The hurdle was ordained.

Love it!

Particularly the sarcasm...

My brother has been telling me all season "Can't beat Ohio State unless McCarthy is the starter." How many times can you tell someone they are wrong? I guess being showed worked better. JJ is the future of the Team, but Cade is the present. I'm just fine with both.

Go Blue, Beat Iowa!
