At the risk of sounding like an old man... this seems very irresponsible, stupid and possibly not legal.  The fact that this wallaby was probably expensive as hell leaves an even worse taste in my mouth.  I can't imagine they are easy to care for so what are you going to do when that becomes an issue?  If they don't even know what it is then how much research did they put into it's care?

The downside is I can't get that stupid Raffi song out of my head now.  Wiloughby Wallaby Woo.

(I understand those things can get quite nasty as they age.  And by "those things" I mean both Raffi and any given wallaby.)

Nor for that matter, are 99% of animals on earth. People are joking but owning wild animals that were not bred to be pets like dogs and cats has had a cause quite a bit of problems environmentally. Just as importantly these poor creatures end up living in caged areas once their owners realize these animals are far beyond their ability to control and care for.

This wallaby is going to suffer if it continued to live with Shallman. Someone needs to step in and take this poor creature from him before it gets harmed.

I can see Sparty's taking advantage of it.

On the other hand I hear Wallaby's are chick magnets.
