I'm not in the circle but I would imagine Nazar had a sports hernia last year. He likely would have made last.years team the best ever if he were healthy. I don't think he can carry the load AFan did but I like his edges and speed better. If he does carry that weight...this season is going to be stellar.

There are enough unknowns here to worry, but defense will determine the day. Without Luke we are going to be a different team. Coach has an opportunity to lay some Red like foundations. Everyone needs to skate, and goal tending will determine the day.

Lindenwood has one of the best facilities in college hockey (they use the Blues 4 sheets.) It won't take long before those jokes aren't funny. Hockey will be the school's calling card. There are players who will appreciate that opportunity.

Hockey is worse than hoops. You only get the NHL talent for an instant, if you get them at all. This is Nazar's time but not his team yet. If everyone is a dude we will remember this as Coach Naur's coming out. Last year was fun, but there is work to do.

We are spoiled, and lucky. Go Blue!

The title might have gone too czar. Putin has ruined hockey along with globalization. Defend your ice.

One thing is for sure then... it is a Hippa thing.

Thanks for the correction.  I should have done the Google.  Hips > Sports Hernias for sure, and four months recovery is long for a hernia, but he seems in good spirits and moving well in this video taken almost exactly a year ago, and prior to his procedure (?). Here's to a championship season.

Go Blue!

Glorious content! Michigan will be in a tough environment in a wide open conference. Lots of talent yet each team in the Big 10 has questions. We will find out if Naurato and his staff have answers.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Love the pod. I'm super excited to see what Moldenhauer, Schifsky, and Eernisse can do.

Totally agree with Nazar - tops in the B1G. I hope his summer showcase performance translates (note: two years ago, Bordeleau was the best player at the Showcase and had a good but not stellar sophomore year at Michigan). Snuggerud may fall flat this year as the former third piece on the Knies and Cooley line. How will he perform with with Moore instead? I think good but not great. Like McGroarty, I feel he is a finisher and not a driver. Nazar drives a line.

Excited with Truscott as Captain. He reminds me of when Joseph Cecconi was paired with Quinn Hughes.

How was Paul Coffey missed as an inspirational #77?
