Jenkins Sr, an Ypsi Belleville alum, was a four-time Pro-Bowler as an absolutely gigantic, 360-pound nose tackle after being picked in the second round in 2001 out of Maryland. His son has a long way to go to become that kind of beef machine since he's listed at 239 but the plan appears to be to enbeefen him until he's a DT.

Ever since his name starting popping up in the recruiting world, I just expected him to be a huge kid. Seeing the name Kris Jenkins and 239 lbs just doesn't reconcile with my brain. I expect he may grow into a much bigger kid by the time he sees the field. Glad he's on board!
I knew all along this staff couldn't recruit. Welcome young Mr. Jenkins!
