This is what: six? Six of ten I think. Via Brice Marich of Scout/247, Michigan has secured the commitment of one of their top offensive tackle candidates.

Persi's a legit 6'7" and still new to most of the sites—both Rivals and ESPN recently bumped him to a 4-star and 24/7 shot him up 300 spots in mid-May. Pending senior film Persi could climb to the top of the tackle ranks since he was a tight end until last year and is still tight end weight—265 to all three sites currently. Frey may be gone, and the Frey types can bust (see: MSU's current attempts to PB&J Cole Chewins to 300 pounds for his 5th year) but they also boom so long live Frey types!

Persi is one of the top tackle prospects in the country and has the kind of frame and athleticism that projects very well to the next level. A lot of the analytics of recent NFL Drafts have shown the tackles taken high were those that weighted in the 250-270 pound range in high school with shuttle times in the sub 4.8 range and that’s exactly where Persi falls.

This is very high ceiling young man-an outstanding addition to this class. His film as an inexperienced 6'7" 16 year old playing right offensive tackle for the first time is intriguing.
