and now for something completely different. MBB pregame!!!
I'm not sure, but I think I heard somewhere that we have a pretty big basketball game today? Some team from some state bordering Missouri? Kansas I think? With all the rabble rabble rabble it's been hard to follow other things. So we get the Jayhawks today! At home. Anyone going?
I think (hope) we'll be competitive in it. Our boys in blue never seem to want to quit even if they get down. So here's hoping we can pluck and roast some Jayhawks! Woo Hoo Goooo Blue!!!!

When I saw pregame I thought you were announcing the location of a party. This whole college thing is starting to mess with my thinking...

First bball game I'm going to this season. Hopefully I'll have reason to celebrate, might make this week a lot better than it has been for Michigan Fans.

same here.
I was also really hoping DB would have made his decision by now so we could see him get introduced at halftime. I guess we still have a few hours, right? maybe the guy is already in a2

Yes, I'll be there in Section 37 with my girlfriend since two of my friends were unable to go to the game. Why on Earth would you turn down a free ticket to go see Michigan play against freakin' Kansas?!

I heard that from one of the aformentioned friends turning down the chance to go today. He said his Dad told him. Supposedly he heard it from ESPN? But that doesn't seem to make sense.
Where did you hear it from?

That rumor was also sent out across the Maize Rage email list, although it didn't specify Gruden, it just said Michigan's new HC.

The introduction will involve a motorcycle, Rob Ryan, and a broad sword.
I would say more but if I reveal my sources they will lose their jobs working behind the counter at Blimpy Burger.

You mean, Wob Wyan?

Anyone else on the West Coast with DirecTV? I can't find the game. It's 4:30 eastern time on CBS right? I've got womens gymnastics on my TV guide. FML.

I'm in LA and it's listed on Ch. 2 (CBS-LA) and Ch. 390 (CBSw) at 1:30 PM. Obviously, the TV start will take a backseat to a hypothetical Ravens/Chiefs overtime finish.

Thanks. Apparently my 3 year old removed CBS from my channel listing. Got it now.

opposite Packers-Eagles. So wave to the cameras, kids!
By the way, women just lost to MSU. Forgive me if someone posted while I'm dawdling.

Do you think Brandon will be at the game?
Denard et al?
January 9th, 2011 at 2:01 PM ^
I hope Brandon is somewhere in the southern part of the United States handling "job #1" right now. He shouldn't be allowed back in Ann Arbor unless he's bringing a coach with him.

for one of two possible planes.

A win here will make my year. Take my mind off of all this coaching chaos and get a win Michigan bball! We seem to show up for the games against extremely better teams, so I'm optimistic going into this game.

...Rage Page for the Kansas game. Late, so you'll have to cram.
