Not asking him to get credit, why is he getting points taken away for pointing out he was right?
December 30th, 2010 at 7:04 PM ^
Because he's acting like a fucking jacktard. Here's an example of another poster who suffered the same fate.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:11 PM ^
and I be like daaang. How is it possible to get -30 for each time you post in a thread?
December 30th, 2010 at 7:48 PM ^
But FYI, back it the day you could neg without it costing you a point, so people were much more liberal with the negging. Now it MEANS something. (OK, not really).
December 30th, 2010 at 8:30 PM ^
+1. Incidentally, I've dished out ~20 or so neg-bombs so far this evening, sacrificing 20 of my precious, precious MGoPoints to do so. Maybe next season with physical conditioning I can be back in the shape I was yesterday.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:20 PM ^
+1 for jacktard. That made me laugh.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:25 PM ^
Thats how you get a point?
December 31st, 2010 at 9:34 AM ^
SHUT THE FUCK UP ABOUT POINTS. My God. They literally mean nothing. NOTHING.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:04 PM ^
but clearly, bend it's post was seen as just a gratuitous attack on TF.
I'm wondering if bend it had some inside info or if it was a guess.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:51 PM ^
But a blind squirrel theory fits nicely here. On the thread you "broke the news" you did it in seemingly joking fashion (copying the OP's approach), and when negged, you didn't reply, "seriously, y'all*, T-Force is ineligible" but rather you commented on your use of All Caps.
If that was your "INSIDE SOURZE!" Walter Cronkite moment, you sure went at it oddly.
*Yes, I imagine you with a Southern accent.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:44 PM ^
Maybe if you were less of a douche when you broke the story you wouldn't have gotten negged. Carry on and enjoy your time in Bolivia.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:00 PM ^
It's so friendly here in MGoBlog land, where the messenger gets shot (and almost always called a "douche" or told "STFU") and pictures of cats rule the day.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:00 PM ^
This is probably true. I think it's because I love this blog and hate most of the active posters on the board. The real news breaks next week. See you on the other side.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:03 PM ^
i was in the same boat as you when i started posting. Dont post like a douche. Bring supported facts. You'll like it a lot better.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:13 PM ^
1-for-1 in predictions so far, cowboy. I'm looking forward to next week.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:18 PM ^
You have to have a link or at least mention some sort of source. Someone who said JH will be the coach next year a month did not break the news.
December 30th, 2010 at 8:05 PM ^
To you citing this post as proof that you had the scoop on either:
(1) Harbaugh being hired (legit news!)
or
(2) RichRod being retained (er, shit, also legit news!)
Either way, great scoop, BILB.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:58 PM ^
The first rule of MGoPoints?
December 30th, 2010 at 7:22 PM ^
Ok then, +1 points for being right, -1 points for whining about it. That leads me to do nothing. Congrats?
December 30th, 2010 at 6:25 PM ^
There is no other viable option, unless you were willing to cede the game in order to preserve his redshirt. In that case, it's the president.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:03 PM ^
December 30th, 2010 at 7:10 PM ^
it is possible to pull out a wild cat or use players that were QBs in high school like Courtney Avery. Not the best option, but if Michigan has the lead and the obvious is run run run, it's not a bad option while DR catches his breath or gets taped up.
If it is just for a few plays, it would be unwise to blow his RS.
December 30th, 2010 at 8:44 PM ^
Gallon was running the scout team offense for awhile...
December 30th, 2010 at 6:30 PM ^
Dear Denard,
Please don't get injured on Saturday.
Sincerely,
2014
December 30th, 2010 at 6:26 PM ^
I would be the third person to say DG must not burn his medredshirt...shit....too late.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:23 PM ^
Like 3 repeat threads were unpublished.
All PANIC and OUTRAGE to occur here.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:24 PM ^
This is news.
December 30th, 2010 at 7:37 PM ^
Love me some Les Nessman.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:24 PM ^
Jack kennedy?.....Gallon?....Cam Gordon?
December 30th, 2010 at 6:27 PM ^
Maybe this is why they had Gallon taking some snaps at qb.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:34 PM ^
Lyndon Johnson?
December 30th, 2010 at 6:24 PM ^
Good grief.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:25 PM ^
Shall we blame the coach, the media, or the player?
Fuck the media.
Oh wait...
December 30th, 2010 at 6:54 PM ^
Blame the homeschooling.
December 30th, 2010 at 11:40 PM ^
I wonder if his dad is going to start putting professors on his wall of shame.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:25 PM ^
JACK KENNEDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GET PUMPED!!!!
December 30th, 2010 at 6:25 PM ^
we saw how much of an impact not having a punter made against OSU. Hope Drob stays healthy. How does this affect Tate next year?
December 30th, 2010 at 6:46 PM ^
Slippery Rock get ready for another?????
December 30th, 2010 at 6:57 PM ^
It won't as long as he passes everything second semester.
I'm not going to say he doesn't try hard in class, but he has to buckle down from now on. Didn't he just say the other day that you have to try to fail if you're going to fail at Michigan?
December 30th, 2010 at 6:26 PM ^
Well, shit. At least Denard is starting from a baseline of 100% healthy.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:27 PM ^
December 30th, 2010 at 6:27 PM ^
Just send him on a plane.....don't even give the option
December 30th, 2010 at 6:28 PM ^
or street clothes.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:27 PM ^
Guess you need to do more than just show up to class. That comment kind of concerned me.
December 30th, 2010 at 6:30 PM ^
Yeah WTF?
