Do bowl eligible teams have to wait until a bowl invite is extended and accepted before they begin practicing? If no, what if a bowl eligible team begins bowl practices and something unexpected happens and the team doesn’t end up getting a bowl invite or declines the invite? How would the already completed bowl practice time handled?

Mike Barwis could help him with that problem.

Maybe not as earth shaking as who our coach will be in 2011 perhaps, or even your opinions on what music RR should have used at the Football Bust, but I'm curious about the answer myself.

Harbaugh claimed to not be showing up to the bust because of a practice. I guess my question is if this is considered a Bye week or the end of the regular season for the teams. I presume the latter but the fact Stanford 'had a practice' ...

They get a year and a half of constant media harassment, cheap jokes by commentators and, internal strife. This is all followed by losing several practices. Unless of course your athletic department is so corupt that it pays it's players and has for years. *Looks in Auburn's way* Then you get nothing.

I'd think it would be above allowed practice time and have to be deducted double from future practice time. That seems to be the standard based on all the NCAA malarkey.

We talkin bout practice? Not a game, not a game, practice!!

is that when they find out who they are playing RR better GAME PLAN because if his job is riding on this game he needs to win and win big...

When will we know about our bowl game tomorrow? I know the BCS show is at night, but don't bowls usually send out invites earlier in the day or something. For some reason I remember knowing about the cap1 bowl before the BCS bowls were decided a few years back.
